Mandarin Orange Cookies

So I made these Mandarin Orange Cookies and they were a huge hit at our Ward Relief Society Christmas Party/cookie recipe exchange. Not only did everyone one love them but there were none left for me to bring home. Guess I should have taken more than two dozen. Not only were they a smashing success at the party but I also took some to work and they were a huge hit there too. Never did I think that such and easy cookie could be so good.

Since more than one person wanted this recipe I'm making it available here so those of you who wanted it can have it. Note: I usually double this recipe now because we like these cookies so much.

I'm DONE!!! Finally it's done and it got turned in early. No more stress worrying about getting it done....well at least for another year. I'm getting more used to doing the Annual Report each year, this year didn't seem like it was so much work right at the end which is good. Now to start getting ready for next years. It's easier if I keep up with it through out the year. So long March - see ya next year.

BAMBOOZLED!!!!

So tonight we're playing Carcassonne, like we do every night that David doesn't work (which typically means every night or at least 7 times a week), and I got totally and completely BAMBOOZLED by David. He flat stole out from under me 54 points in farms. So mean!!!! But to make matters worse he obliterated ones of my cities with a cathedral causing me to lose another 21 points. Maybe buying Carcassonne for Christmas wasn't such a good idea. Where the Dragon from the Princess & the Dragon expansion when you need it so that I could kill his cities or farms!!! Ugh - the horror.
